What is Sexual Harassment at Workplace?

Sexual Harassment refers to unwelcome behavior, sexual advances, sexual overtures, requests for sexual favor, and other physical or verbal conduct of sexual nature.

Sexual Harassment is the most common type of workplace harassment. Such conduct affects the sufferer negatively.
