A National Social Campaign for Marital Harmony, Women’s Dignity & Social Healing
From Valentine’s Day (14 February) to Women’s Day (8 March)
Love Before Law is a nationwide social awareness campaign initiated by Adv. Bindu Dubey, Founder of Adv. Bindu Dubey & Associates and Trustee of Bindura Foundation.
The campaign addresses a growing social concern: 👉 the rapid escalation of marital conflicts into police complaints, court cases, and irreversible breakdowns – often without early dialogue or support.
This movement encourages couples, families, and society to pause, communicate, and seek resolution before conflict turns adversarial, while firmly affirming that law remains essential wherever abuse, cruelty, or violence exists.

Can some conflicts be healed before they reach court?
Across India, marital conflicts are escalating faster than ever. What once remained within the walls of a home now increasingly enters police stations and courtrooms—often leaving behind emotional scars that last far longer than legal proceedings.
Today, we are witnessing:
Legal protection is essential and non-negotiable.
But law intervenes after relationships have already fractured and damage has been done. Love Before Law focuses on what can be done before that point is reached—through communication, counselling, empathy, and early conflict resolution.
| Strong marriages reduce social conflict.
| Peaceful homes protect women better than prolonged litigation.

Love Before Law strongly believes:
This is an open, collaborative campaign.
You can participate if you are:
I believe that:
I pledge to try dialogue before dispute,
empathy before ego,
and healing before hostility.
“As a lawyer, I see the end of broken relationships.
As a woman, I understand the emotional cost behind them.
As a citizen, I believe prevention is the strongest form of justice.”
